Membership
Vibe Wears Loyalty Program membership is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Membership is personal, non-transferable and linked to your verified mobile number. One membership per person.
Member discount
Active members receive the advertised member discount on eligible purchases at participating Vibe Wears stores. The discount is applied at the billing counter after staff verify your digital loyalty card. Select items, promotional bundles and clearance merchandise may be excluded at the store's discretion.
Using your digital card
Your digital loyalty card and QR code are unique to your membership. Present the card at the counter for scanning. Sharing your QR code, screenshots or account access with others may result in suspension of membership benefits.
Redemptions
Each discount redemption is recorded with a unique redemption code, store and bill reference. The discount can only be applied once per bill. Redemption history is available in your member dashboard.
Suspension & termination
Vibe Wears may suspend or terminate a membership in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse of staff or violation of these terms. You may choose to deactivate your membership at any time by contacting the store.
Changes to the program
Vibe Wears may update the discount percentage, benefits or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-store. Continued use of your membership after a change constitutes acceptance.
