What we collect
When you join the Vibe Wears Loyalty Program we collect your full name and mobile number (required), and optionally your email address, date of birth, gender and city. Each visit where you redeem your member discount, we record the store, bill reference and discount applied.
Why we collect it
Your details are used solely to operate the loyalty program: verifying your membership, applying your discount, showing your redemption history and improving the program experience. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How we protect it
Membership QR codes contain an opaque secure token — never your name, phone number or any personal data. Tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Passwords are hashed, sessions are encrypted and signed, and all sensitive actions are recorded in audit logs.
OTP verification
One-time passwords are sent to your registered mobile number for registration and sign-in. Codes expire after five minutes and attempts are rate-limited to protect your account.
Your choices
You may review and update your profile at any time from your dashboard. To deactivate your membership or request deletion of your data, visit any Vibe Wears store or contact our support team.
